Python Job: Python Developer (remote)

Python software developer. (Remote work)

We are looking for a talented ‘back end’ developer to maintain and extend our product. You will take responsibility for the back end platform. We expect you will be self-driven and more importantly than any one technical skill, eager to learn and to grow with our company in a fast paced start-up environment. We are happy to engage people who want to work remotely.

Primary tasks

· Find, design and implement technical solutions to extend our platform

· Write simple scalable and efficient code.

· Perform code reviews with team members

· Manage an efficient deployment schedule into the production environment

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of the Django framework
• Experience in deploying projects/architectures into scalable environments
• Experience in modern cloud architectures, specifically AWS and containers
• Experience with Posgres
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, Versioning
• Experience with RabbitMQ/Celery

Personal qualifications

• Good spoken and written English
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High quality standards of coding
• Open to testing new and interesting ideas
• Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
